When you've paid in full or signed your finance agreement before 3:30pm, you will be eligible to book a slot for next-day installation. If you haven't signed within the first 24 hours, your boiler becomes available to other customers.

Yes. Under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998, landlords must have all gas appliances inspected annually by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Tenants must receive a copy within 28 days of it being issued.

An EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) documents the safety and condition of your electrical wiring. It is mandatory for all private landlords in England since 2020, and must be renewed every 5 years or between tenancies.
